What is the policy for sale items?

All sale items and discounted items are final sale. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for return or store credit. If you have a question about the sizing of a sale suit, please email customer service at info@ahuraswim.com or see our Size Charthere. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

    PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept American Express Prepaid Gift Cards or International Debit Cards. For more information, please contact us at info@ahuraswim.com.
    Ahura Swim website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.

Do you charge tax?

We are required by the Federal tax autority of UAE to charge sales tax. We are required to charge freight tax on orders shipped to UAE.
For international orders, duties and taxes are NOT included at the price at checkout. Ahura Swim cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs.

How do I use a promo code or merchandise credit?

At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. Ahura Swim promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes

What if my item is damaged?

Ahura Swim guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 14 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions.Ahura Swim's suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn (with tags on only) item for the same item at no cost.

Do I pay Tax/ Custom or Duty Charges Online?

Understanding Customs Charges

Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges. And we do NOT charge you for these fees. It is your responsibility to be aware of the customs regulations in your country and to ensure that any additional fees are paid. These charges are determined by your government and are based on their rules and regulations.

  • Delays in Delivery: Customs processing times can vary, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • Refusal of Packages: If you refuse to pay customs duties and taxes, resulting in the return of your package to us, we will refund the cost of the product(s) minus any shipping charges and fees incurred for the return.
