Shipping policy

 

  • We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted

  • We do not ship on Sundays & Holidays

  • International shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process

  • UAE Ground shipping is delivered Same-Day (orders before 11 am) or Next-Day (orders after 11 am)

  • International Express shipping is delivered by Aramex, DHL or FEDEX

  • Express delivers shipments are on Monday-Saturday (for 2nd Business and Overnight orders)

  • If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship by Monday or Tuesday. If a holiday occurs, please allow an extra shipping day. At this time, we cannot guarantee expedited orders will be shipped the same business day.

  • If you experience a lost, damaged or stolen package, and the Package Protection was not purchased, Ahura Label will only ship a replacement order. If the items are not available a merchandised credit will then be issued.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / DPO addresses

  • All orders are subject to address verification

  • Direct signature is required on orders over $200

  • Please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales
